Llibres / Books

Ahir, com sempre, mentre érem al flatspace vam posar llibres vells a fora perquè qui volgués els agafés. Normalment, en 4 hores, només solem acabar donant un llibre. La gent s'ho mira, no s'ho acaba de creure.... Ahir, per algun motiu però, se'n van emportar uns vuit. I vaig poder jugar una mica a fer de llibretera, perquè sempre poso alguns llibres bons barrejats amb alguns de dolents, i així en puc recomanar i donar els bons, i sobretot parlar amb la gent, que sempre és interessant. Ahir es van endur, però, els tres Nabokov que teníem, i una noia que no sabia què agafar, li vaig dir que s'emportés un llibre d'en Kundera. També es van emportar un llibre en alemany, per practicar, i un en ucraïnès que no sé gaire de què anava. I un llibre de Nietsche, també. Tenim més Nietsches, si voleu. Però cada cop queden menys llibres que valguin la pena. Ara hi ha un Gorki, alguns clàssics (Dumas, Swift, Maquiavel, però ningú els vol), literatura soviètica de ciència ficció, algunes novel·les de l'agatha christie i un parell de llibres més de coloraines per nens. Ah, i un llibre ple de contes i les obres de teatre de Txékhov, però aquest de moment el vull per mi. I és clar, llibres raros en idiomes europeus, un llibre de crepúsculo, còmics del pato donald i alguna altra cosa que no fa ni bonic. Aviat, però, esperem tornar-ne a tenir més i millors, que ve més de gust regalar-los

Yesterday, as always, while we were at flatspace, we put old books outside, so the people that wanted could take them. Usually, in 4 hours, we just give away one book. The people look at them, don't trust it that much.... Yesterday, for some reason, they took away 8 books. And i could play a little bit to be a librarian, because i always mix some good books with some bad books, so then i can recommend and give the good ones and i can talk with people, that is always interesting. But yesterday they took the three Nabokov that we had, and one girl, who didn't know what to took, finally followed my advise and took a Kundera. They also took a book in german, to practice, and one in ukranian, that i dont know what was about. And a book from Nietsche, also. We have more nietsche, if someone wants. But there are less and less good books. Now we have a Gorki, some classics (Dumas, Swift, Maquiavel, but nobody wants them), soviet science fiction literature, some novels from Agatha Christie and a couple of colorful books for kids. Ah, and a book full of stories and the plays from Chekhov, but, for the moment, i want this one for me. And of course, strange books in european languages, one book from twilight, comic books from donald duck and some other stuff that is not even beautiful for decoration. But soon, we hope, that we will have more books and better, so i will feel happy to give them to the people
